ISSC22 Cuteasaurous

WOW!!! I've been busy on my blog this week!! I hope you've been enjoying it.  I've definitely been having a lot of fun with this month's TSG sneak peeks.

I'm here today with this week's ISpy sketch - love it!! This week's sketch is from Julie Mogford (jules_bmp@ SCS) and is based on this card.  I love Julie's CAS look to her card, but you know me, I HAD to layer it up.

Fun eh?  Love it!!!

I recently acquired quite a few CHF Kim Hughes sets at a crafty garage sale at my LSS and this is one of the sets called "Little Boy".  I've noticed on the Paper Smooches website that Kim has redone this image with a slight difference to the legs of this dinosaur.  I've stamped the image in Versafine Onyx Black, embossed with clear embossing powder and then watercolored the image with Tombow Markers.  I  also had a bit of fun with my Glossy Accents and covered most of the body with it.

Here is how to play:
  • Create a paper crafting project (card, scrap book page or 3D item), based on the sketch provided.Post your creation on your blog or an online gallery (using a code ISSC22, and link it here with the inlinkz widget below.
  • Please provide a direct link to your post - not the generic link to your blog.
  • A new challenge will be posted every Friday at 12:01 AM EST, and you have until noon on the following Friday EST to submit your entry.
  • You may enter as many times as you like, but please provide a newly designed project with a new link for each additional project.
  • We will choose the top 2 creations to be featured in our "Top 2 Winners" post every Sunday where we will announce who we have picked :) The winners will receive their very own iSpy Sketches blog badge!
  • Don't forget that you may combine our challenges with others and use supplies from any company that you wish :)
  • Have fun and we look forward to "spying" your creations!

TSG Sneak Peek - Poultry in Motion

Eeks!!! It's day 3 of TSG Sneek peeks already and this is a fun set!!!

When drawing up last month’s Oh Crop set, there were just TOO many cute images and sayings for one set, so we HAD to split it into two. Poultry In Motion is the companion set to Oh Crop, and includes SEVERAL new sayings, and more ADORABLE images you are sure to love! From the farmer’s wife, to several more barn yard friends, you will LOVE what you can create when these two sets combine.

I LOVE this set!!! I stared at the set for quite some time before making a decision as to what image to choose.  (I already have a few more ideas in mind).  I ended up going with one of the sheep images and a cute sentiment to match.  The layout for my card is this week's TSG sketch challenge.

Poultry in Motion is a 4x8 set that includes a total of 30 stamps and will sell for $18.00.

TSG Sneak Peek - Stitched with Love

Welcome to Day 2 of TSG Sneek peeks!!! Weren't the skunks way too cute?
Last month, we released the CUTEST set by Torico, Cute as a Button. This month, we have it’s PERFECT companion-Stitched With Love! Full of additional images and sentiments, whether used separately, or together, no matter what you create, Stitched With Love will be PERFECT for the crafter in your life (or you!!)!!

I went to a scrapbook store about 45 minutes from where I live a couple of weeks ago and saw these chipboard forms that I knew would be perfect for this set. I covered the form with DP and then sponged the edges.  I added some pink tulle ribbon and crochet lace to finish it off. I stamped the sentiment "Sew Happy for You" in Chocolate Chip ink.
Stitched With Love is a 4x6 set that includes a total of 24 stamps and will sell for $15.00.

Hahahahahaha..... Okay, I can't help but smile looking at this "So Sorry Donkey" from Your Next Stamp.
