Need wine?

Need wine??? I'm not a wine drinker but she sure looks like she's enjoying it, doesn't she? This week at Stamping Bella, it's an ANYTHING GOES challenge so I decided to use one of my favourite Uptown Girl images called Opal the Optimist. I didn't realize how much I've used her until I took a look back through my blog. LOL!!! For my card today, I decided to use the current Deconstructed Sketch. The image has been stamped with Archival Black ink and coloured it with Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol.

Next week's challenge is another Anything goes and the design team will be highlighting our next stamp of the month. You still have a few days left to buy Lulu Loves Poppies at 20% off.

We'd love for you to participate.  Make sure you use a current image (if you aren't sure, type the stamps' name into the search bar) and then get your card into Emily by Thursday evening at emily@stampingbella.com

Snookums for family

Hey there!!! It's been a busy month on my blog. I feel like my mojo is finally coming back!! Finally!! Wahoo!!! This month, I've been feeling inspired.  My stepsister and her hubby had a baby a few days ago so I decided sweet little Miles needed a welcome into the world. I've used the Stamping Bella image called Snookums. He's been coloured with prismacolour pencils and gamsol.  The layout is a really old Mojo Monday sketch that I will definitely be using again.

Don't forget to check out the Stamping Bella blog!!! We are in full swing with the fabulous sneak peeks for the release on June 1st.  I can't wait for it!!!

Nice to see you

Hi there!! Another Bellarific Friday coming to you on this long weekend up here in Canada.  This week at Stamping Bella, our challenge is to create a "One layer wonder". I'll have to admit I love the look of clean and simple cards but they scare the living daylights out of me.  So much white.... For my card, I decided to use my beloved Petunia image called "Nice to see you Petunia". The image has been coloured with Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol. I then added some sparkle to the glasses with one of my gel pens.

Next week's challenge is a sketch. Check it out!!

This week at Stamping Bella, we had a great colour inspiration challenge.

I love the colour combo and knew automatically what DP I'd use. Thank goodness I always hoard DP. LOL!! This Dp is an old |Basic Grey pad from years ago. For my card, I am using the new Stamp of the Month called Lulu Loves Poppies which is 20% off all month long. The layout for my card is the current Retro Sketch challenge. I've stamped the image with Archival black ink and then coloured with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol.
