Stop Rushing

Hey there!! It\s been a busy week but today is my favorite day, Bellarific Friday at Stamping Bella !! wahoo!!! This week we have a great sketch and for once, I kept it the way it's supposed to be. Surprised??? LOL!!!

For my card, I have used one of the Big Words sets called Stop Rushing. The designer paper is a mix of old Crate Paper from a few of their older lines. I have sponged the edges of all the layers and then stamped the sentiment onto Kraft paper using Chocolate Chip ink.

Next week's challenge is called "Buttons, bows and sequins". So we want to see these fantastic embellishments on your card. You'll also see the Bella babes use the new Stamp of the Month!!

We'd love for you to participate.  Make sure you use a current image (if you aren't sure, type the stamps' name into the search bar) and then get your card into Emily by Thursday evening at emily@stampingbella.com

Stamping Bella meets Cardmaker

Hi there!!! Today is a fun day for Stamping Bella. The Bella babes have paired up with the fantastic team at Cardmaker for a fun blog hop. If you just happened upon my blog, you'll want to head back to the Cardmaker blog which is the beginning of the hop.

For my card today, I've decided to use one of my favorite characters from the Woodsies Collection, Petunia!! She absolutely makes me smile!! This particular image is called Petunia thinks she's a prezzie. I've coloured the image with Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol. The layout for my card has been adapted from the current Sweet Sunday sketch challenge

You'll want to grab a cup of java, sit down and enjoy the fantastic blog hop!!! The next stop along the way is Chitra's blog

Make sure you check out the Stamping Bella blog as well!! There's a $25 gift certificate up for grabs!!! Who doesn't love Bella bucks?

Love you Hoppy

Hey there!!! It's been awhile eh??? My summer has been crazy busy at work so I have pretty much had zero time to craft... BOO!!! I love having crafty time but with the hours I've been working lately, my mojo has taken a hike...
This week at Stamping Bella, we had a great sketch to work with which I have turned on its' side to fit the image I wanted to use. For my card, I have decided to use the image called I Love you Hoppy Poppy which has been coloured with Prismacolor pencils and gamsol.

Next week's challenge is Christmas in July!! I can't wait for this challenge!! I love Christmas!!

We'd love for you to participate.  Make sure you use a current image (if you aren't sure, type the stamps' name into the search bar) and then get your card into Emily by Thursday evening at emily@stampingbella.com
